Zendesk is a customer support software. MIA connects to it to inventory the users of your organization and manage their access.

Prerequisites

Be an administrator of the Zendesk account.

Connection steps

1. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application and search for Zendesk.
2. Click Connect: you're redirected to Zendesk to authorize access.
3. Confirm the authorization. User synchronization starts automatically.
