User types

Categorize your users with custom types (label, color, icon). MIA creates three by default on sign-up — Internal, External and Temporary — which you can edit, extend or remove.

Each type can carry a review reminder frequency. The due date is computed per user: once the duration set for their type (for example 1 month for "Temporary") has elapsed since they joined — and then at each following interval — the user becomes "to review". You then receive a summary email listing the users to check, grouped by type.

Notifications

From Settings → Notifications, you configure:

• "New user" alert — get notified when a sync detects a joiner.
• Anomaly reminder — a periodic recap of anomalies to handle (never / weekly / monthly).
• Data-breach reminder — a reminder of compromised emails. (Pro feature)
