Application kits

An application kit groups several applications under a reusable name — for example "Developer onboarding" or "Sales pack".

What it's for

When you open access for a user, applying a kit pre-selects every application it contains at once. Ideal to standardize access by role or team and save time on every joiner.

Creating and using a kit

• From Settings → Application kits, create a kit (name, description) and choose the applications it contains.
• When opening access for a user, select the kit to pre-check its applications. Those the user already holds are skipped.

Good to know

Kits are included in the free plan, with no limit on their number.
