Zammad is a customer-support and ticketing platform. MIA connects to Zammad to inventory the active users of your organization and manage their access.

Prerequisites

Have a Zammad access token with ticket.agent or admin.user permissions for inventory. Opening and closing access requires enough permissions to create and update users.

Connection steps

1. In Zammad, open your user preferences and create an access token.
2. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application, search for Zammad, then enter your access token and domain name.
