Freshdesk application
Freshdesk is a customer-support software (helpdesk, ticketing). MIA connects to Freshdesk to inventory the agents of your organization and manage their access.

Prerequisites
Be an administrator of a Freshdesk account (Growth plan minimum) with access to its API key.
Connection steps
In Freshdesk, click your avatar then Profile settings (top right).
Click View API key on the right-hand side.
In MIA, open Applications → Add an application, search for Freshdesk, then enter your API key and domain name.
