Crisp application

Crisp is a customer-support and messaging platform. MIA connects to it to inventory workspace operators and pending invitations.

Authentication type and prerequisites

Authentication type — Basic authentication with a Crisp website token.

Prerequisites

Be a Crisp workspace owner so you can generate a website token, then have the workspace identifier, token identifier, and token secret key.

Connection steps

1. In Crisp, open Settings → Workspace Settings → Advanced configuration.
2. In API Token, click Generate Token, then copy the token identifier and key. The key is only shown once.
3. Copy the workspace identifier from Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup Instructions.
4. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application, search for Crisp, enter the three values, then click Connect.

Inventory only

Crisp website tokens can list operators, but the API reserves operator invitations and removals for user-level authentication. MIA therefore does not modify Crisp access.
