Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. MIA connects to it to inventory the users of your organization and manage their access.

Prerequisites

Be an administrator of the Zoho CRM account.

Connection steps

1. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application and search for Zoho CRM.
2. Click Connect: you're redirected to Zoho CRM to authorize access.
3. Confirm the authorization. User synchronization starts automatically.
