Upsun application

Upsun, formerly Platform.sh, is a cloud platform for deploying and running applications. MIA connects to it to inventory organization members and manage their access.

Prerequisites

Prefer a dedicated Upsun machine user with the Manage users (members) permission on the organization you want to connect.

Connection steps

1. In the Upsun Console, open the user menu, then My profile → API tokens → Create API token.

2. Create a token dedicated to MIA and copy it immediately. It is no longer displayed after you close the dialog.

3. Find the organization's URL name. For example, for https://console.upsun.com/acme, enter acme.

4. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application, search for Upsun, enter the API token and organization URL name, then click Connect.

When adding a user, MIA lets you choose their organization permissions. Pending invitations are also inventoried and can be cancelled from MIA.
