UpCloud application

UpCloud is a European cloud infrastructure platform. MIA connects to it to inventory subaccounts and manage their access.

Prerequisites

• Use the UpCloud main account: only it can list and manage subaccounts.
• Create a dedicated Bearer API token for MIA.

Connect to MIA

1. In UpCloud, create an API token from Account → API tokens. Allow your MIA instance IP address and save the displayed token.
2. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application, search for UpCloud, enter the token, then click Connect.

Features

• synchronize UpCloud subaccounts;
• create a subaccount with its username, password, phone number, time zone, currency and language;
• delete a subaccount.

New subaccounts can access the control panel and API, with no initial access to cloud resources. The default role is technical.

The phone number must use UpCloud's +countrycode.number format, with a dot after the country code (for example +33.123456789).
