Pipedrive is a sales CRM. MIA connects to it to inventory the users of your organization and manage their access.

Prerequisites

Be an administrator of the Pipedrive account.

Connection steps

1. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application and search for Pipedrive.
2. Click Connect: you're redirected to Pipedrive to authorize access.
3. Confirm the authorization. User synchronization starts automatically.
