NetExplorer application

NetExplorer is a French file storage and sharing platform. MIA connects to it to inventory users and manage their access.

Authentication type and prerequisites

Authentication type — Server-to-server OAuth2 application

Prerequisites

Be an administrator of the NetExplorer platform and have the OAuth2 Application feature enabled.

Connection steps

1. In the NetExplorer administration area, create a Server OAuth2 application.
2. Grant it the Users — Read and write scope (users.readwrite).
3. Copy the client_id and client_secret shown at creation time. The secret will not be shown again.
4. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application and search for NetExplorer.
5. Enter your platform domain (for example company.netexplorer.pro), Client ID and Client Secret, then click Connect.
