Lucca is a human-resources software suite (HRIS). MIA connects to Lucca to inventory the users of your organization and manage their access.

Prerequisites

Be an administrator of a Lucca account.

Connection steps

1. Create an API key by selecting the Employees: view / create / edit users permission.

   

2. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application, search for Lucca, then enter your API key and your Lucca domain name. Finally, click Connect.
