Grafana Cloud application

MIA connects to a hosted Grafana Cloud stack to inventory organization users and close their access.

Authentication type and prerequisites

Authentication type — Service account token

Prerequisites

Use a Grafana Cloud service account with the Admin organization role. Invitations are not available through the stack HTTP API because Grafana Cloud manages new members in the Cloud Portal.

Connection steps

1. In your Grafana Cloud stack, open Administration → Users and access → Service accounts.
2. Create a service account with the Admin role, then generate a token.
3. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application → Grafana Cloud.
4. Enter the stack URL (for example https://example.grafana.net) and the service account token.
