Claude application

Claude is Anthropic's artificial-intelligence assistant. MIA connects to the Claude Admin API to inventory organization members, manage invitations, and revoke access.

Authentication type and prerequisites

Authentication type — Admin API key

Prerequisites

You need a Claude organization and must be one of its administrators. Individual accounts cannot use the Admin API.

Create the Admin API key

1. In the Claude Console, open Settings → Organization → Admin API keys.
2. Create an Admin API key. It starts with sk-ant-admin....
3. Copy it immediately: it will not be displayed again.

Connect Claude to MIA

1. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application.
2. Search for Claude and enter the Admin API key.
3. Click Connect.

When adding a user, MIA detects the organization type and lets you select an assignable role:

• Claude Console: user, claude_code_user, developer, or billing;
• Claude Enterprise: user or managed.

The Admin API does not allow assigning the admin role. Synchronization includes active members and pending invitations.
