360Learning is a learning platform. MIA connects to it to inventory your organization's users and manage their access.

Authentication type and prerequisites

Authentication type — OAuth2 API credentials

Prerequisite

Create API v2 credentials with the users:read, users:write, and groups:read scopes in the 360Learning administration panel.

Connection steps

1. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from API v2 in 360Learning.
2. In MIA, open Applications → Add an application, search for 360Learning, and enter the credentials.
3. Use https://app.360learning.com for Europe or https://app.us.360learning.com for the United States, then click Connect.

When adding a user, MIA loads the available 360Learning groups and lets you select their primary group.
